Your Body Mass Index (BMI) is an estimation of how much body fat you have. The formula is:
Weight (kg) / {Height (m) X Height (m)}
For example, if your weight is 54 kg, and height 1.68 m. So your BMI is 54 / (1.68 x 1.68) = 19.1, which falls under the normal healthy weight range.
